Registered racer maximum is 100 racers. We expect to have up to 300 people in attendance for this event.
Your monetary contribution will be used for: water and food for racers and families, t-shirts and medals for the racers, photographer to capture all the fun, decorations along the race course to encourage the racers, finish line decorations to celebrate participating in the race, and official race timing for goal setting.

*Please select the number of "tickets" you would like to purchase based on the monetary contribution you would like to provide. Each "ticket" is valued is listed. If you purchase 2 tickets, you are generously donating double the ticket value to the race. For example, if you purchase 2 tickets with ticket value of $200, you are generously donating $400 to the race!

Company Booth Promotional Opportunity
As a sponsor, let us know if you are interested in setting up an engaging promotional booth at the race! This is your opportunity to captivate the attention of race participants and their families with your unique offerings. We highly encourage each booth to feature an interactive activity for racers and their families in order for your brand to make a lasting impression and to contribute to the event atmosphere! Think bozo buckets, spin the wheel, photo booths, crafts, product demonstrations, or giveaways!Sponsors will be required to provide their own tent (optional), table, and chairs. Please plan to limit your space to a 12'x12' area.
Swag Bag Promotional Material
With your monetary contribution of only $100 or more to this event, we invite your company to provide a promotional material (small object, flyer, coupon, etc.) for the racer's swag bag received upon check-in. Materials must be pre-approved then dropped off or mailed to BDI Playhouse Orland Park (11411 W 183rd St. Suite B, Orland Park, IL 60467) by Friday, August 30, 2024.
